Josipa Palac – ICDO

Josipa Palac has her origins in Zagreb, in southeastern European Croatia. She began to develop an affinity to environmental aspects and social diversity themes as a child.

Her studies were directed towards the path of international relations, as well as Media and Communication Studies. The pursuit of more active change made her follow further educational pathways. This was followed by a Master’s degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology.

As CEO and Founder of „ICDO“, she aims to equalize social injustices and promote and support cultural diversity through further diversity programs in digital and non digital forms.

With her dynamic multilingual team, she organizes various events to present aspects that have remained so far undiscovered.

For Ms. Palac, the capital city of Vienna is an oasis of architectural art that offers her the opportunity to connect the historical corners of this capital city with social development projects, workshops, art-exhibition and dance performances from different countries.

An administrative office of the city is the well known Rathausplatz, in which she will present at „Long Nights of Inerculturality“ costumes from all over the world in a great ambience on 22.09.2023 from 18.00 – 20:30.

The goal and passion of the organization is to minimize prejudices and human rights violations in many regions of the world and instead to provide access to education for many people. The solidarity and the rejection of certain stereotyped patterns is very important and characterizes the ICDO in all its aspects.
