FIVB (Federation Internationale de Volleyball) – The International Volleyball Federation
Volleyball is a sport which is played worldwide.
Therefore the FIVB was founded 1947 among 14 countries in Paris.
This organisation puts efforts to promote the sport in a professional way. Development of volleyball in various countries is a goal which is empowered by the FIVB.
There are many programmes settled up, one of the programmes is
„Cool Volley“, a project with the aim to spread volleyball on a national level.
The development and the creation of passion for volleyball are great goals.
Vienna is called to move on, to encourage young players and give them a perspective within the sport.
